Between 2023 and 2026 Israel attacked 38 hospitals in Lebanon

Israel repeatedly targeted hospitals across Lebanon, with 68 documented attacks affecting 38 facilities.

The attacks stretched from the South to the Bekaa, Beirut, and Baabda, killing 16 people, wounding 74, and damaging 25 hospital vehicles. Eight hospitals were forced to close, disrupting care for patients and the wounded.

In September 2026, Ghandour Hospital in Nabatieh Al-Fawqa was completely destroyed, the only hospital officially documented as fully destroyed since 2023.
