A Lebanese Emirati initiative to train one million Lebanese people in AI

An Emirati initiative in partnership with the Lebanese government aims to train one million people in Lebanon in AI skills, helping them take part in the digital economy.

Called “One Million Lebanese AI Experts,” the program will teach practical skills in generative AI and prompt engineering that participants can use in their studies, work, and projects.

UAE Minister of State Lana Nusseibeh confirmed that a memorandum of understanding had been signed for the initiative. The announcement comes as economic cooperation between the two countries gains momentum, including the reactivation of the UAE–Lebanon Business Council.
