760 children killed by Israel in Lebanon from October 2023 to July 31 2026

The Habbat Al-Quloub initiative documented 760 children killed in Israeli attacks on Lebanon between October 2023 and July 31, 2026, with an average age of just 9.

Among them were 642 Lebanese children, 91 Syrians, 26 Palestinians, and one Algerian child. More than 520 were under the age of 12, including 40 infants who had not yet reached their first birthday.

At least 488 families lost a child, with victims recorded across 174 towns and villages in 19 districts. Baalbek recorded the highest toll with 189 children, followed by Tyre with 137 and Sidon with 86, while Beirut recorded 23.

Behind these numbers are 760 children, 488 grieving families, and 174 communities marked by the loss of their youngest.
